“Life isn't a destination--it's a journey.”

I find this very true. A lot of people think that once they’ve reached their goals, that would be it. Or once they become thin enough, their life would be great. Or once they are married, then life would be beautiful. Or once they have that high paying job, then it would make life a lot easier.

If we get caught up in the “tomorrow” we forget to live for today. And that is one thing I’ve learned. There is no tomorrow, there is only now. Today. And what we do with today is called living. Mundane as it may, that is what life is all about.

The good thing is, we can make it interesting! Learn, share, show the people you love how appreciated they are. Be interested. Be patient. Be forgiving. Laugh. Blow some steam. Explore. Question. Experiment. And for those who can afford to (be it time, or resources wise), travel. The world and the different cultures and people you meet are the greatest teacher. Not four walls in a classroom.

And at the end of that ultimate journey, we call life, hopefully you will learn that the most important thing is how you treat your fellow human being. And realize that we only need to observe one dogma in life: Do unto others as what you would want others do unto you.
